Unlock Your Potential to Make a Difference
This three-hour workshop is open to all community members from East Central Indiana who are interested in learning more about local nonprofits and board service. All Aboard is designed to help you understand the roles and responsibilities of board service and find a nonprofit board position that aligns with your skills and interests. Dave Sternberg, nonprofit consultant and founder of Loring, Sternberg, and Associates, will lend his expertise to facilitate the workshop. With his guidance, you'll gain valuable insights and skills to help you excel in nonprofit board service. And the best part? It's absolutely free, and dinner will be provided.
Diversity plays a pivotal role in effective nonprofit board leadership. The All Aboard Workshop places a strong emphasis on the need for diverse perspectives. Diverse board members contribute unique insights, innovative ideas, and a broader understanding of the region's needs. This workshop serves as a platform to encourage inclusivity, ensuring that all voices are heard and valued in the decision-making process of local nonprofits.
